May, 7th, 2024 I was awarded the Propel 2024 Mentorship Award. This distinguished accolade pays tribute to individuals who selflessly dedicate themselves to mentoring young professionals within our community. For years, our commitment has been to nurture and guide student athletes in Asheville and its surrounding areas. Every opportunity afforded to me at the gym holds profound significance, surpassing mere words. 

While you may perceive yourself as just another individual at the gym, to me, each of you embodies a beacon of hope and trust, allowing me the privilege to assist you in achieving your aspirations. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every coach, parent, and young athlete who has entrusted me with their journey.
