Graduated from Mars Hill College with a degree in Physical Education and a Concentration in Coaching. Mia was a 3 years starter for the Lady Lions basketball team. Known as the "Secretary of Defense" in school, Mia was and still is a force to meet on the hardwood! After Graduation, Mia went on staff to help coach the Lady Lions for 2 years. Also with a passion for fitness, Mia is dedicated to clean eating and exercise. She has worked with many athletes to achieve their sports and fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, Mia aims to enthusiastically encourage a happier and healthier lifestyle in order to help others realize what their body is capable of. "I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals."
A graduate of Appalachian State University in 2016 with a degree in exercise science and a concentration in strength and conditioning. While at Appalachian, Jonathan developed a passion for the sport of power-lifting which he still does today! One of his biggest goals is to deadlift 600 pounds! Jonathan's favorite part about training is seeing the results from hard work! The recent programs/ teams he has work with include Rev 5 fitness (CrossFit coach), Appalachian state university (softball, women’s/ men’s basketball, and volleyball), East Tennessee State University (football and baseball), Parisi Speed School, Asheville high school football team, and D - Bat (baseball/ softball sports performance coach).
