Our general sports performance training sessions include conditioning, weights, speed, and agility work. General classes are open to all ages and sports and run daily!
Our advanced strength and conditioning classes are sport specific classes to get your athlete ready for season! The class will go for the month or longer depending on the season. During this time the group will meet four times a week for weight training and speed/ plyometric training. All weight training and speed/ plyometric movements will be sports specific for the duration of the training. To join our advanced strength and conditioning you must:
