Friday, August, 21st will be the last summer workouts
Returning Athletes: If you’re currently training and plan to continue during the school year, please speak with us ASAP to confirm your fall training time.
Evening Athletes: Currently training evening athletes — your spot is saved.
We’ll be slowly accepting new athletes as we roll into the school year. New athletes for the start of the school year will only be accepted with an evaluation. Returning athletes need to reach out to lock in training slots. Youth training spots are limited as always.
Spots across our Youth, Early Middle, Beginner, and ADV High School groups are capped to maintain our standard of quality coaching.
The PSF Standard:
• Coached, Not Supervised: Groups are strictly capped at 8–12 athletes to ensure quality instruction.
• Evaluation Required: No new athletes are allowed in the weight room without an initial evaluation.
Walk-ins may not be accommodated in certain groups due to limited availability. Please call ahead to confirm your spot, as you may be turned away if a session is at capacity.
Contact to set up an evaluation or join a group. First time athletes for middle or high school training are required to complete an evaluation.
